Cannot be killed or permanently injured by most conventional means. Nocturne has the ability to mentally control victimes he has bitten and can temporarily mesmerize any human with his gaze. He also has the ability to command miec, rats, bats and wolves.
Other Abilities: Due to the potions of Diablo, Nocturne no longer suffers the limitations of the undead, for example the inability to endure direct sunlight, and is now partially living.

Significant Issues: Marvel: TLG #7 (fought a battle with the First Line with the help of his undead Invaders, captured Oxbow and Mr. Justice, defeated when the Knight Templar disposed of his zombies, escaped down a sewer); Marvel: TLG #8 (Nocturne's reappearance was discovered when a Federal Agent filmed his meeting with Ionel Ceausescu, hypnotised Pixie in Castle Diablo where he revealed himself to be a Vampire, battle Dr. Strange, the Black Fox and Pixie, discovered that Diablo's potions were working and he no longer had the limitations of the Undead, defeated by Pixie and her pixiedust, escaped whilst using Diablo as a distraction); Marvel: TLG #11 (used his Alchem-Tech to try to take over New York city, stopped when turned to stone by Pixie's 'pixie-dust', crumbled to dust when Mr. Justice tried to take his mask off); Marvel: TLG #12 (stowed away to help fight the Skrull during the Skrull invasion of Earth, but when the opportunity arose shot Professor Carmody and Walkabout, died when a Skrull blaster exploded).
