| Leader: The Black Fox After Federal Authorization was revoked the Black Fox assembled his own First Line acting outside the law. It was this line-up that was contacted by Effigy to rescue Mr. Justice from the Halwans. This line-up ended after Blackjack was murdered by Scimitar in the Castle of the Lion Throne and the Black Fox quit the team. |
